Dr. Bonakdar Explains: This young professional asked for a more defined jaw. My assessment is that his small chin and anterior jaw do not match his cheeks and posterior jaw. So, we agreed to focus on the squaring off his jaw angle, enhancing his anterior jaw and as well as his chin to bring harmony to his entire face. In his after photo, he looks less juvenile and more professional. Improving the size and shape of the chin along with the jaw has also improved his under-chin fullness.
