Dr. Bonakdar Explains: Lip lines are one of the most challenging filler treatments as too much filler or the wrong filler will result in unnatural and “ducky” lips. I like to use Juvederm Volbella for lip line corrections. Unlike other Hyaluronic acid fillers which have the capacity to swell beyond their volume, this one does not swell after injection. This patient has thin skin and has suffered with lip lines for many years. She was extremely happy with her immediate results.
