Description: This patient was bothered by her thin upper lip as compared to her larger lower lip. The standard ratio between upper and lower lip has changed recently. The original ratio was 1/3 upper lip to 2/3 lower lip, which is what the before image shows. The newer more desired ratio has now become ½ upper lip to ½ lower lip, which is what she was seeking. Patient was pleased with her results.
